Absolutely. You own 100% of the designs we create for you, with no restrictions. Many of our clients are agencies who resell our work under their brand. We also offer white-label dashboards, multi-client management, and reseller discounts to help you scale efficiently.

If your request can be clearly explained in a brief, we can likely design it. We cover over 100 categories of digital, print and motion design. However, we do not offer custom branding strategy, advanced video editing, 3D modeling, CAD, or development work. If it’s graphic design or motion design, we probably do it.

An active request is a task your designer is currently working on. If you’re on a single active request plan, we work on one request at a time. With a multiple active request plan, two or more tasks can be worked on in parallel, speeding up delivery. You can queue unlimited requests, and they’ll move forward based on your plan’s active request limit.

If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of signing up and haven’t approved a design, you can request a full refund. No forms, no calls, no hassle. We want you to love the experience, and if it’s not the right fit, we make it easy to walk away.

After we deliver your design, you can request as many revisions as needed until you’re happy. Most revisions are completed within 24 hours, depending on complexity. Small tweaks are usually delivered the same day, while major changes may take a bit longer. We don’t limit feedback rounds or charge extra for revisions

Turnaround depends on the plan and complexity of the request. Most designs are delivered within 24 hours on the Starter, Growth and Scale plans. For motion design, we might need 24-48 hours to deliver the designs, or you can choose the 2AR upgrade on all of our plans; which speeds things up even further. (Project timelines might change depending on complexity or volume of work involved)

You can queue up as many design requests as you like. We’ll work on them based on your plan’s active request limit. For example, with 1 active request, we’ll complete one task at a time. If you’ve added more active requests, multiple tasks can move forward in parallel. As each task is completed, the next in your queue moves up automatically. We also aim to accommodate revisions or feedback from other requests alongside new deliveries, as long as time allows within your active request bandwidth.

Yes. Once you subscribe to any of our plans, you can submit unlimited design requests through your dashboard. Your designer will work on them one at a time (or more if your plan includes additional active requests). There is no cap on how many requests you can add. We move through your queue based on your active request limit.
